Update selenium-webdriver version to 4.11.1.
Update @types/selenium-webdriver version to 4.1.16.

The selenium webdriver patch must be updated properly.

1. Remove the original patch
2. Add the new one:
   • "pnpm patch selenium-webdriver@4.11.1"
   • Update "bidi/index.js" in given folder: Remove the "node:" from the line 18: "const { EventEmitter }

     = require('node:events')".

   • pnpm patch-commit <FOLDER>

Acceptance criteria

The affected tests end with the same result as before upgrading.
