As discussed in the team meeting, we want to align data-index and jobs-service to use the http-events-support and kafka-events-support profiles.

The impact on the image is that we should ideally expose a ENABLE_KAFKA_EVENTS environment variable to do the same that the ENABLE_EVENTS is doing now.

Additionally, we'll keep the existing ENABLE_EVENTS for backward compatibility.
