We need to review the Deployment reconciliation flow on dev profile. Sometimes, it creates two replicasets, hence two pods. See attached YAMLs.

The problem might be in the reconciliation phase where we enforce unneeded changes in the deployment, ending up in changes in the replicaset, hence the pod.

This is a follow-up work we did in KOGITO-9313.
