Jobs service kafka and http messaging modularization

Let's try to modularize the Job Service in a way that we can keep the code related to quarkus-kafka and quarkus-http related code in separate modules.

In this way we can have the chance to for example not include them in the jobs-service-embedded addon, or eventually build job service distributions with only quarkus-kafka, or only http-quarkus, etc.
