logic-swf-builder-rhel8 and logic-swf-devmode-rhel8 descriptions are slightly different to the descriptions in the io.k8s.description label. This causes issues when running BDD tests.

logic-swf-devmode-rhel8 also has a BDD check for the maintainer label but we are not setting it at all, so should be probably removed.
