Fix UI layout break on runtime tools devui and Management-console-webapp

The entire app UI of dev ui and Management console has been broken. This happened after some of the recent changes and version upgrades. Some CSS classes are overriding and breaks the UI layout completely. Find a way to fix this. Attached a screenshot of the app.
