Review Quarkus usage in more general guides

      Mentioning Quarkus, Maven and Java examples should be only in sections specialized in running workflows with Quarkus use cases.

      More generic/general guides should not mention Java/Quarkus. For these cases, we should refactor the guide, split, or create new.
