In this task, we will evaluate the usage of apiserver-builder [0] to create a new API Server within the Kubernetes cluster. This way, we can support TAR/ZIP files upload to the server using the k8s infrastructure.

The outcome of this task is a POC/validation of this proposal. The API Design of a new SonataFlowProj will follow up.
