This would help to setup test via OLM to check everything is correctly setup

1. update csv with correct image name/tag
2. push csv to quay.io
3. set app on quay.io as public
4. setup operator-source

Update in Operatorhub should take less than a minute on Openshift 4.3

Test to run:

• Install custom OLM
• Check image name
• Check correct dependencies are installed

Also enable cli-olm smoke tests
