[Operator] Adjust the spec.flow to not replicate or validate id, name, key, etc from the base spec

The fields id, name, key, description, specVersion are handled by the operator via the CR interface. The name field already takes care of the id, name, and key from the spec. The annotation version and description take care of the specVersion and description from the original SW specification.

Descriptive fields should not be part of the .spec.flow segment.
