Quarkus serverless workflow extension is including kubernettes addon.
This is not wise since it will provoke failures for deploments wihtout docker, as proved by problems while running the hello world example in multiple dockerless environments.
Instead of doing that, the dependency should be manually added when needed (when kogito is going to be deployed in K8s)
