[Operator] Add ENV Vars support on SonataFlowPlatform and SonataFlowBuild (BuildTemplate spec)

      Users might want to add build environment variables that impact the workflow build and the devmode runner.

      That being said, we should support our API injection of environment variables. Users can add them to the Build template in the platform as a base for any builds in the namespace.
