Currently, the base image for the community project is taken from registry.redhat.io which requires authentication to Red Hat to be able to pull it.
In the community project, we should not force the user to autenticate and we should use instead a registry without authentication.

" Basically, we are moving new content to the authenticated registry (registry.redhat.io) so we should start having customers use that. That said, the unauthenticated registry (registry.access.redhat.com) will live on for some time still because it's tough to get rid of existing infrastructure like this which could cause breaking changes. Also, we will continue to use registry.access.redhat.com for UBI distribution for the foreseeable future. I hope that helps."
