Clean-ups:

• Deprecate use of <global>.canvas (see JsWindow.java), by the use of <global>.editor.canvas
• Drop dependency from SWF packages to kie-bc-editors
• Drop or deprecate methods already present in the Envelope API, from the GWT Editor Wrapper objects (GWTEditorWrapper.selectStateByName , etc) ?

Improvements:

• Decouple API from size units (PX, etc)
• Use of SharedValueProvider<T>
• Autogenerate StunnerAPI DOCS from J2CL types, instead of manual sustaining them ( see this tool )
