Today during local tests we need to change a couple things in the Operator YAML files like image namespaces. These changes end up in the final PR and the CI isn't validating. Also, this tiny changes might through unnoticed by reviewers.

The CSV file is generated by operator-sdk, but there's some fields that they do not validate like image names. Some fields are also being ignored by the local tooling and we they should be validated since it's checked by the Marketplace Operator. We could use their API to check our own CSV against it to catch any minors mistakes that we might end up doing during debug.
