Since version 0.28.2 of the Kogito bundle, a new look-and-feel for decision tables is realized. In the old style, it was possible to arrange columns and rows by means of drag-and-drop. This feature is missing in the new style. Also, cut and paste of rows doesn't seem to do anything at all.
