Generated documentation contains errors

Recently, the DMN decision table has been upgraded to a new look. However, the generated documentation still uses the old style. What is worse, it doesn't show everything that it needs to show: The types of the columns are lacking.

As you can see, there are at least two issues with the generated documentation:

1. The type of each of the columns are missing
2. There are output columns that are shown as input columns. 
3.  Documentation still uses deprecated layout
