Use Session API in diagram navigation VSCode extension test.

The current implementation of the test calculates the coordindates of the nodes in selectNode method.

Since there was a new API implemented (see ~~KOGITO-7999~~), we can avoid calculating coordinates and select node using directly Session API.

Diagram navigation test uses the Session API.
