The KSW Operator should be able to integrate with custom Tekton (OpenShift Pipelines). Instead of relying on the internal container builder project to build the custom Workflow, an advanced user could build their own pipeline and bind it to one or more workflow instances.

A high-level flow:

• A user wants to have a highly customizable build process
• This user creates a Tekton pipeline with pre-configured input variables that the operator would feed it to start a new instance each time a new build is required.
• The operator watches the Tekton build process and deploys the workflow build image provided by the pipeline instance.
• The workflow build instance carries a link/bind to the Tekton instance so administrators can easily audit and debug the build process.

The outcome of this JIRA is a document and/or POC detailing the scenarios and how the implementation will take place.

A new EPIC must be created to handle the implementation since it might carry more than one single JIRA to have this feature.
