Summary
There are test failures on the first integration test of the set that is trying to open a folder structure. This is happening on Jenkins. The VSCode seems to be loading extensions slowly or maybe indexing is happening etc. which takes about 20 seconds and gest stuck in that state for quite a long time (see attached screenshot).
Goal
Fix the test failures so all the test run on Jenkins correctly. Now the test should wait for the folders to load. I also included minor improvements to the test speed by settings.json and build the extension more quickly by using .vscodeignore.
