The main goal of this epic is to release with the TP1 the first version of the Kogito Serverless Operator
In order to do that we need to tackle the following points:

• how to release the operator (bundled with the Serverless or not)
• which images are needed to be productized with the operator (i.e operator image, builder image etc)
• how we would like to productize the builder image (quarkus platform bom to be replace with quarkus + kogito bom?)
• ensure that the productized version of the Operator will use the productized version of the builder image
