Currently, we can load dashboard files locally by using rest API[1], the feature work in kogito-quarkus-serverless-workflow-devui.[4]

Now, we want to migrate all APIs to gateway API[2], I think it means we need to use data-index for these APIs.

Expected: IMO , 1 needs to add new addons for dashboard and form[3]

                            2 create new query endpoints of data-index for them.

                              for example, dashboard needs three query
