Make sure the Kogito examples are "stable"

That means:

• making sure the written scenarios in README are up to date.
• bring the best of the quarkus platform by having examples using directly it instead of many boms
  • That way we make sure the Quarkus experience for the user is full
• Make hierarchy of examples the simplest as possible
  • Which means each example should be "independent" and not depending on the parent pom
