Add the ability to store the `createdBy` field at a process.

The `createdBy/creator/owner` field should provide a way to filter processes for a user only to show processes that are created by them.

This filter should be supported via data-index(add-on with Postgres) GraphQL filtering. 

This should mimic the task implementation as the task has an actual owner field.
