There are datasets which will retrieve information from cloud events or metrics and need to keep the data in memory. These data are a snapshot of information, it means that the information is on a new request.

This is a request for a new feature for external datasets: it should support the "accumulate" flag, which will hold information in memory.

The dataset with accumulate should also respect "cacheMaxRows" configuration to avoid memory leaks.
