[SW] Improve error message about compensation node transition

We can improve the message "compensation node can only have transition to other compensation node." by replacing it with "Compensation states can transition only to states which also have their 'usedForCompensation' property set to 'true'."

As discussed here. We'll just replace "node" with "state" in the original message.
