Update Kogito Examples to use Quarkus platform bom

      Now that we have a nightly build of Quarkus platform for Kogito, via https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KOGITO-5784, we can update the Kogito Examples to use the Quarkus platform bom directly.

       

      That means

      • Use the nightly deployed internal quarkus platform
      • Make sure Examples are released once Quarkus Platform is updated
