Currently, when we add the org.kie.kogito:kogito-addons-quarkus-kubernetes dependency, Dev Services for Kubernetes is enabled by default. There's no point in having it, but to hit the app's performance on dev mode. Dev Services for Kubernetes should be explicitly enabled by the user.

This also should be added to docs.
