Make filter enabled by default when a "filter" is added to the YAML

      Currently users have to declare "enabled: true" for filter added to displayers, here's an example:

                - settings:
                type: SELECTOR
                subtype: SELECTOR_LABELS
                filter:
                    enabled: true
                    notification: true
                lookup:
                    uuid: products
                    group:
                        - columnGroup:
                              source: Section
                          functions:
                              - source: Section

      This is a task to make filter enabled by default when there's a filter declaration. To do this modify method isFilterEnabled on  class DisplayerSettings to make an or boolean operation with methods isFilterListeningEnabled and isFilterNotificationEnabled.
