When a dataset URL is unreachable dashbuilder simply shows "Unknown Error".  This is a request to improve this error message.

The error message should make it clear that the dataset URL is not reachable and shows the HTTP status and the HTTP error text. If there's a responseText then it should be also be displayed in "details" section.
