XLSX to DMN utility causes wrong informationRequirements

      In an .xlsx file, I have a table where multiple columns have the same input expression. When the .dmn file is generated with the utility, for each column an 
      <dmn:informationRequirement> is generated. This is wrong. There should be no doubles in the list of informationRequirements.
