Since VSCode version 1.62(Windows only), DMN models are not opening or have issues while trying to include models in to other DMNs. This was working good till VSCode version 1.61.2. In windows, it appears if more DMNs are present in same directory, the file listeners appear to have some issue and is causing either model to not open (if other models are included already) or have issues populating the dropdown when clicked on include model button.

Steps to reproduce: (Attached a sample project to reproduce the issue with vscode console logs) ModelOpenAndIncludeIssue.zip

1. In Windows Machine, open the folder(ModelIncludeIssue or ModelOpenIssue) in AttachedZipFile
2. In ModelIncludeIssue Folder, Open any model and click IncludeModel Button. We can see in vscode console log lot of exceptions.
3. In ModelOpenIssue Folder, Click on Test1.dmn. A model was already included in this dmn and the model will not open. We can see exceptions in vscode console log

Both issues are happening in VSCode 1.62.0 version onwards and seems to be having issues resolving lot of dmns in same directory. This was working well in 1.61.2 VSCode versions.
