Goal: have a working MVP as soon as possible over operate first able to deploy a single file in operate first "dev-mode"

Architecture brief:

• The same codebase of kubesmarts, but with focus only on single file
• Deployment over current tooling quarkus image (no operator)
• The current baseline for deployment: 30 seconds for first deployment, 5 seconds for hot-reload

Deliverables:

• an internal kubesmarts deployment URL, able to author a single file example and deploy over the target baseline
• a recording demoing this MVP
