We are in need of an environment where we can install the new Serverless Workflow Operator, a few examples, and perform behave tests from time to time to guarantee the most important use cases.

Such an environment should be able to:

• Install the operator after a successfully merged PR, this way we always have the latest version to test and try
• Part of this installation is running a few behave tests to assert the basic features we can provide
• This process should be able to upgrade the examples running in the cluster as well
• Every team member should have access to this environment
• Team members should be able to run tests like creating Workflow CRs
• Authoring Tooling team should be able to run a few integration tests from time to time
• The cluster should be up to date with the latest OpenShift Serverless Platform

The outcome of this EPIC is:

• Have the environment up and running
• Have the CD process working tied to the merge PR process to install the latest snapshot
• Have at least one example installed and working for demo purposes
