Enhance the check of running Operator to use Subscription

    Description

      Right now the CheckOperatorExists function pairs Operator and related DeploymentConfig using operator name.

      This approach is however not optimal as it expects that DeploymentConfig name and operator name are equals, which is not true for example for Strimzi operator.

      Purpose of this JIRA is to refactor CheckOperatorExists function to use informations from Subscription to pair operator and DeploymentConfig.
