[SW] Update Serverless Operator to use CNCF go-sdk model

    Description

      With the latest version of the SDK-GO it starts to supporting the Deepcopy functions, which is required to work with operator-sdk.

       

      Now we can remove the custom objects that we have in the operator and move to the SDK-GO model objects.
