Kogito Codegen don't handle POM dependencies accordingly

    Description

      While adding project's dependencies to the classpath during build time, Kogito Codegen considers POM dependencies as JAR. This is bringing side effects to the mutable jar context. See KOGITO-8425 and KOGITO-8183 for more context information.
