[SW] Copy only the supported files into the builder context

Today `build-app.sh` script copies everything from the given resource directory into the builder context. This can lead into unnecessary files being copied due misconfiguration.

For now this should only support copying the following files/dirs:

• yaml|yml
• json
• properties
• .mvn/*.config
