Create a copy of the latest version in the SW guides to have a numbered URL

We've tried to implement redirection before, but we couldn't configure it since we don't have a web server capable of implementing redirect rules.

This JIRA is to work around this limitation by copying the latest pages to the current numbered version. Hence, having a valid URL even for latest and the numbered version.
