Pipelines: `kogito-quarkus-examples` and `kogito-springboot-examples` productized profile should be empty

As we are having one check per subfolder, but the productized profile is defined only at root level, the LTS is launched on all projects of `kogito-quarkus-examples` and `kogito-springboot-examples` whereas none should be checked.

We need to define an empty productized profile in there, so no module is built with the LTS check.
