Remove dependency from Quarkus Process extension

Currently, kogito-quarkus-serverless-workflow Quarkus extension extends kogito-quarkus-processes extension. This leads to bringing dependencies that are unnecessary within the context of Serverless Workflow. More importantly, these extensions, although sharing common principles, handle different asset types. It is important to split these so they can evolve independently as well. The proposal is to remove the direct dependency and move common code to a new module that can then be reused by both extensions.
