Expose MongoDB queries in logs for Data Index

As per code review by  nmirasch@redhat.com for MongoDB Debug logs are not included.

but reviewing the code I don't see that is included when executing query in mongodb.

Can this be added so we can understand the queries used to fetch data from mongodb.
