kogito-docs sw make latest alias also point to latest release version

Currently latest is 1.30.0.Final and docs URL is formed as https://kiegroup.github.io/kogito-docs/serverlessworkflow/latest/release_notes.html

but not accessible via its version number, the expected behaviour is that the link below would also work:

https://kiegroup.github.io/kogito-docs/serverlessworkflow/1.30.0.Final/release_notes.html
