Kogito Serverless Operator should be built with Podman on Jenkins

    Description

      Follow-up on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KOGITO-8273, we should set back podman as the default container engine.

      The mirror registry configuration should be set up correctly to avoid `docker.io` rate limit.
