Use Stunner diagram in VSCode extension tests

    Description

      The VSCode extension tests still use Mermaid diagram. The purpose of this jira is to update them, so they use Stunner diagram.

      Acceptance criteria

      All tests in vscode-extension-serverless-workflow-editor module use Stunner diagram editor.
