Gap detection doesn't detect all gaps.

      Today I wanted to demo gap detection in DMN to a collegue. As an example I had this table:

      For the demo, I deleted row 8, saved the file and compiled again. Then I went to the log. I expected a warning that the table wasn't complete. However, what I got was this message:
