Consider for xls2dmn to be parametrized in the generated namespace, to ease integration in other contexts.

e.g.: an optional command line parameter, supplying which namespace the resulting DMN model file should be generated with.

A .dmn file that was generated with the xls2dmn utility contains a namespace that starts with xls2dmn_ . This causes the file not to be taken into account when generating for swagger.
Instead of starting with xls2dmn_ , the namespace should be generated starting with https://kiegroup.org/dmn/_ , as is done when createing a new .dmn file from scratch.
