We need to have a registry easy to create and disposable to test locally the results of the Kaniko builds with the builds of the container build and on the operator , without fill in the local docker registry with images and containers for the unit and integration tests.

Use cases in a isolated registry un and runnign only for the tests:

• Test the resulting images of a Kaniko build
• Start a workflow image produced by a Kaniko Build and test the behaviour
• Test if a cleaner remove only the expected images
