Kogito Operator Kubernetes Support

We are aiming to have the Kogito Operator to work on Kubernetes as well.

Today Kogito Operator only works on OpenShift/OKD because of the s2i process. Since it’s a community project, we should support Kubernetes as well and come up with a solution to build the sources in a Kubernetes environment or locally through Kogito CLI.
