This happen with this version 21.3 of mandrel but does not happen with more recent version.
Tried solution consisting on explicitly registering cloud event deserializer was attempted but it does not work
Therefore, since the issue happen only when converting the cloud event to a json node when the workflow set dataonly = true, a custom method has been developed for that particular scenario.
This way the performance is better and this solution is independent of mandrel internals
